SSP is a result driven program that offers a wide variety of different training programs to get you to the next level.

8 Weeks

Week 1

We work on technical mechanics for sprinting.

Week 2

We work on our Jump Training Zone 1 , where the athlete learns the RDL and snap of the jump.

Week 3

We start using resistance sprinting and start incorporating Zone 1 Jump mechanics into our sessions.

Week 4

We are re-accessing the 10 yard dash again using the laser timing system for exact results to make sure our athletes are getting results from our training.

Week 5

We enter Zone 2 of our Jump Training. Places the athlete in l inear and lateral positions or ground contact with hurdles and box jumps.

Week 6

If the athlete has progressed well enough through the 5 weeks, we start our sled training using marches and sprints to push weight giving the athlete more triple extension and better posterior back Side mechanics to sprint faster.

Week 7

We start incorporating more multi directional movements changing directions and reaction training along with getting into Zone 3 of our Jump Training incorporating rotational jumps and longer jump variations with smaller rep set volumes.

Week 8

We reassess the athletes putting them into all tests, not just linear 10 yard sprints. We test the athletes vertical jump for our next 8 week cycle; we test then in a pro-agility changing direction drill and we test their 10 yard sprint.

8 Week Program

After these 8 week our athletes feel much lighter on their feet as they can go through a full warm up by themselves without a coach having to tell them what to do. They are familiar with different body mechanics of sprinting and jumping. And most of all they jump faster and higher and they can sprint faster and change directions easily by knowing which angles to use.

Proven results in our 8 week program gives us the confidence to train any athlete for any sport and make them better athletes on and off the field.
